My Process Live a life of joy and freedom
Your beliefs are creating what is happening in your life. What you believe, you acheive. It would be wonderful if everyone had positive beliefs and were living extraordinary lives. That is unfortunately not true for most people. You have a negative belief, and you then start thinking about that belief. You get into a habit of "stinkin thinkin", and over and over you are achieving what you do not want. To make matters worse, you put an emotional spin on the thought! Let's say you are having relationship problems because you believe relationships are hard and take alot of work. You think about all the trouble you have with your relationships and how hard you try to make them better, and you are at the edge of tears whenever you interact with others. Other people are always, insensitive, uncaring or unthoughtful. The problem is other people are not these things, you are believing they are these things and creating the outcome you are not wanting. Your mind is like a computer system and programmed by your beliefs. The outcome of your beliefs create your thoughts and your emotional charge. What you are needing is to reprogram your beliefs. Your mind needs to have better software installed to have better outcomes. Everyone is operating under this premise and most are unaware of this.
My work is to empower you and help you change your belief systems. I offer many avenues for you to accomplish this and the process can be easy and life changing. I do not believe in years of therapy, I teach you the tools you need to change your life and this can be accomplished in as many sessions as you determine it to take. I want to empower you, so therefore I do not want to create an atmosphere where I am the ongoing teacher. I create an atmosphere where I can support and stimulate you to reach for your dreams. I believe we are all unique and have wonderful gifts and talents to share with the world. Once you find your true self, you are unstoppable!
